MISSIONARY FOCUS:  DAVE AND DEBBIE OVERLAND - CRISIS RESPONSE MINISTRY

 

Dave and Debbie are members of CROSSPOINTE and also are part of CRM that ministers to our neighbors as an extension of God’s own love and compassion. In times of crisis, CRM staff and volunteers are prepared and readily step forward to comfort others with the comfort they have received.

 

CRM Objectives:

 

  • Train volunteers and coordinate opportunities to help those in crisis
  • Deploy a team of crisis-trained volunteers in areas of disaster, as well as to those facing personal crises
  • Provide physical, emotional and spiritual care and partner with other crisis and disaster-focused organizations to exponentially increase the reach and effectiveness of government agencies
